A Tannin mix specially selected for friuit wine. This 100g packet is enough to treat, on average, about 70 -100 litres of fruit wine.
Tannin provides for excellent fruit wine aging and counters any blandness in wine by providing a slight astringency. Too much Tannin will provide tartiness to the wine which should be avoided.
Start with a dosage of 1g per liter of wine and add more if required but avoid more than 1.4g per liter wine to avoid the tartiness.
