How to Use
Tea (Infusion)
Add 1 teaspoon of dried chickweed herb to 250 ml of hot water.
Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Drink 1-2 cups daily.
External Use
Prepare a strong tea, allow it to cool, and apply as a compress or skin wash to soothe minor skin irritation.
