- The Zometool STEAM Kit (Naked/Unpackaged ) is a massive, classroom-sized construction set engineered for hands-on learning across Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. This specific "Naked" designation features eco-friendly packaging that dispenses with the outer retail cardboard overlay, allowing the kit to ship directly inside its reusable clear plastic storage bin. Built around a mathematically precise 62-zone connector node that leverages the golden ratio, this set allows multiple students or families to build complex geometric solids, architectural models, crystal lattices, and DNA strands simultaneously. It serves as an open-ended learning platform designed to help children, parents, and educators model complex microscopic and macro concepts in a tangible, tactile form
- Massive 1,936-Piece Component Set: Features a vast pool of parts, including 1,449 colour-coded struts and 487 patented nodes, allowing large groups or entire classrooms to build projects together.
- Eco-Friendly Naked Packaging: Dispenses with wasteful secondary outer retail cardboard boxing to drastically lower carbon footprints and minimise shipping waste.
- Mathematically Precise Scale: Employs a precise structural system based on the golden ratio, ensuring that all pieces interconnect flawlessly to create stable, complex geometric designs.
- Heavy-Duty Storage Bin Included: Supplied directly in a rugged, transparent plastic storage bucket with a secure snap-on lid to make packing up, organisation, and transport simple. [1]
- Versatile STEAM Catalyst: Seamlessly links abstract principles like spatial reasoning, molecular chemistry, and architectural engineering into physical, hands-on architectural creations.
