Melissa & Doug Write-A-Mat Counting to 100 Bundle of 6 and Melissa & Doug Ruler
Take the "big step" from 1 to 100 during lunch! The Melissa & Doug Counting to 100 Write-A-Mat is a fantastic educational tool designed to help children master the 100s chart and recognize numerical patterns. This double-sided, interactive placemat turns mealtime into an engaging math challenge, perfect for kids who are ready to go beyond the basics. This bundle includes 6 identical mats, making it an ideal choice for elementary classrooms, homework stations, or rotating through a busy household.
Why Growing Mathematicians Love It:
- Master Big Numbers: Features a clear 1-100 grid to help children visualize numbers in sequence and understand "place value" patterns.
- Double-Sided Discovery: Offers two sides of "educational and entertaining" activities, providing plenty of space to practice counting and writing.
- Write-On, Wipe-Off Surface: These durable mats are "ideal for use with multicolored Learning Mat Crayons" or a No. 2 pencil. Write, wipe clean, and master those numbers again and again!
- Pattern Recognition: Helps kids identify skip counting (like 2s, 5s, and 10s) and see how numbers relate to one another in a large grid.
Parent & Teacher Friendly:
- Mealtime Excitement: Adds a level of productive entertainment to the table, keeping older children engaged while they wait for their meal.
- Built to Last: High-quality, durable construction ensures these mats can handle daily use and frequent cleaning.
- Easy Maintenance: Simply wipe the surface clean in seconds to refresh the mat for the next "math mission."
- Screen-Free Learning: A great portable option for restaurants or long trips to keep kids' minds sharp without a tablet.
