Tito's Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas' oldest legal distillery. It's produced in batches, using old-fashioned copper pot stills for its 6-step distillation process. Tito's uses corn as a base for the spirit production as it produces a smoother and more rounded spirit with a crisp finish. Because of corn it is also gluten-free. A fillet mignon at a pot roast price -Tito's uses a more expensive and time-consuming distillation process, and still manages to achieve an attractive price point.
