Teeling Whiskey Small Batch Irish Whiskey is crafted with grain and malt - corn brings a distinct sweetness, acting as a canvas for the rich, roasted caramel and toffee character of the malted barley.
The grain and malt whiskeys are aged separately in ex-bourbon barrels in a ratio of 3:1, grain to malt, imparting vanilla and oak notes and layers of unique flavour.
Blending in small batches and finishing in Central American rum casks allows the grain and malt whiskey to marry and take on a subtle dried fruit character.
Like all of our Trinity Range, Teeling Whiskey Small Batch Irish Whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration, completing an Irish Whiskey of true character.
Teeling Whiskey uses unconventional techniques in distillation and maturation to create small batches of true character, raising the bar for Irish Whiskey with over 300 international whiskey awards.
Award-winning Teeling Whiskey Small Batch Irish Whiskey provides a smooth, sweet and slightly woody flavour. Aged in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Central American Rum casks.
Challenging the convention of what an Irish Whiskey Blend can be, award winning Teeling Whiskey Small Batch Irish Whiskey has layers of unique flavour.
This extraordinary spirit is our flagship Irish Whiskey. Crafting it begins with hand-selected casks of grain and malt whiskey that are initially fully aged in ex-Bourbon casks. These are then married together in Central American Rum casks for up to 12 months for a characteristic dried-fruit profile.
With an inviting nose, where vanilla and spice dance with bright sweet notes of rum, the palate continues the solid rum influence with a smooth, sweet and slightly woody combination that sparkles on the tongue. Exotic fruit notes push through as well, with a sweet, spicy finish complemented by lingering woody undertones.
Teeling Whiskey Small Batch Whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV, with no-chill filtration for an Irish Whiskey with a rich, true and natural character. Sip it neat or on the rocks to experience the full range of flavour, or try it in cocktails such as an Apple of My Eye or a Blood Orange Whiskey Smash.
We're proud to have won over 300 international awards, but at Teeling Whiskey it's what's inside the bottle that really counts. We let the liquid do the talking, and Teeling Whiskey Small Batch Irish Whiskey has plenty to say.
