A refreshing sparkling wine with upfront red berry and fruit flavours, complemented by a full, lingering aftertaste.
Vinification:
A carbonated, sparkling wine made in a similar way as all our other Rose wines. Extended skin contact is given to extract maximum flavours before pressing. The juice settles overnight to clean it and is then fermented at a low temperature to retain maximum fruit.
Food suggestions:
Enjoy during summer with a cheese platter, strawberries and chocolate. Aperitif. Parties and celebrations with friends and family.
