100% Sauvignon Blanc
A refreshing sparkling wine with tropical flavours and underlying notes of almonds. Full and not too dry with fresh and crisp acidity.
Vinification:
A carbonated, sparkling wine made in a similar way as all our other Sauvignon Blanc wines. Extended skin contact is given to extract maximum flavours before pressing. The juice settles overnight to clean it and is then fermented at a low temperature to retain maximum fruit.
Food Suggestions:
Enjoy with mild and strong cheeses, appetizers, shellfish and seasonal fruit.
