Herbs in Your Blend & Their Main Uses
- Soursop (Graviola leaves): Traditionally used for immune support, calming nerves, and antioxidant effects.
- Cancer bush (Sutherlandia frutescens): South African adaptogen; used for immune strength, energy, and recovery.
- Oregano: Strong antimicrobial and antioxidant; supports respiratory health and digestion.
- Moringa (leaves): Rich in vitamins, minerals, protein, and antioxidants; supports energy and overall wellness.
- Dandelion root: Gentle liver cleanser, supports digestion and detox.
- African Potato (Hypoxis hemerocallidea): Traditionally used for immune support, inflammation, and urinary health.
How to Combine Into a Tea Bag
- Dry all herbs completely (moisture causes mold).
- Grind coarsely (not powder-fine, or it will seep through the bag).
- Mix in equal parts or adjust ratio depending on desired effect (example below).
- Place 1-2 teaspoons of blend into a tea bag or infuser.
Sample Ratio (Balanced Blend)
- 2 parts Soursop leaves
- 2 parts Moringa leaves
- 1 part Cancer bush
- 1 part Dandelion root
- 1 part African potato
- part Oregano (it's strong, so we use less)
