Dry Rose. The wine has a sweet bouquet of strawberries and candy floss and is surprisingly dry on the palate. Produced from red wine grapes with only a couple of hours skin contact, the Rosé has a darker pink colour and is medium bodied.
Cellar Technique: All grapes were hand picked and sorted before being crushed directly into the tanks where skin contact is allowed for 4 hours. 6-15 % of each variety were extracted and inocculated with pure yeast cultures to optimize fermentation at around 16 degrees celcius. The wine was allowed to naturally clarify under gravity prior to filtering and bottling.
