Pierre DuMont Sauvignon Blanc 6 x 750ml

The scent of ice forming, crisping in the dark. Cool aromatics sketch in the cold granite of the Breedekloof, ribboned with the ice of Elim's wild Atlantic. The scent of spring weaves through - a field of heather; then, punchy gooseberry, lime and passion fruit dance in. On entry the fruit is mirrored, surging forward in a joyful riot. Light-bodied and juicy, passion fruit and citrus twirl to the long, persistent lemony finish.
