Pierre DuMont Cabernet Sauvignon 6 x 750ml

The flint of sparks, of gunflint and struck match. A sensation so vivid it calls to mind the mantra of the Huguenots, After The Darkness, The Light!. High-toned aromatics of red-cherry, spring plums, hibiscus tea. On the palate layers of molten fruit and glacé cherries unfold to a blackcurrant core, lifted by fresh acidity and a mineral backbone. Fruit-coated tannins melt slowly to the finish, drawing all that fruit into a sappy, fruity finish.
