Melissa & Doug Write-A-Mat Telling Time Write-A-Mat Bundle of 6 and Ruler
Master the clock before the timer dings! The Melissa & Doug Telling Time Write-A-Mat is a double-sided, interactive placemat designed to help children conquer the challenge of reading both analog and digital clocks. This "educational and entertaining" tool turns every meal into a chance to learn about hours, minutes, and the concept of time.
This bundle includes 6 identical mats, making it a perfect resource for schools, learning centers, or busy homes.
Why Little Time-Keepers Love It:
- Analog & Digital Mastery: Features large, clear clock faces to help children practice drawing hands on an analog clock and writing the corresponding digital time.
- Double-Sided Discovery: Offers two sides of activities, providing twice the space to practice schedules, elapsed time, and daily routines.
- Write-On, Wipe-Off Surface: These durable mats are "ideal for use with multicolored Learning Mat Crayons" or a No. 2 pencil-allowing for endless "time" trials and easy corrections.
- Hands-On Learning: By physically drawing the clock hands, children better understand the relationship between the hour and minute hands.
Parent & Teacher Friendly:
- Mealtime Excitement: Adds "new excitement to mealtime" by turning a complex skill into a fun, low-pressure table activity.
- Durable & Practical: Built to survive daily spills and heavy use; these mats "wipe clean" in a flash with a damp cloth.
- Portable Education: Lightweight and easy to pack, these mats are perfect for keeping kids engaged at restaurants or during travel.
- Comprehensive Learning: Part of the famous Melissa & Doug series available in a range of topics from math to maps.
