Deep red in color, this wine displays opulent dark berry fruit, such as dark cherries, sweet plums, and mulberries. The palate has a long, vibrant, and juicy finish with very elegant tannins. Each of the cultivars in the blend was vinified and matured separately, with blending occurring after 10 months of barrel ageing. Fermentation took place at 26 degrees Celsius, with gradual tannin extraction resulting in a soft and juicy tannin profile. The blend consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, and 20% Cab Franc.
