J.C. Le Roux makes sparkling wine by fermenting wine in the bottle, the old French way. The bottle tops are frozen and bottles angled to allow sediment to sink to the bottom. Once bottles are uncapped, the frozen plus of sediment shoots out.

A fruity, off-dry sparkler with cherry, tropical fruit, and fresh plum flavours that's ideal for any occasion or gathering. This demi-sec is a classy, off-dry sparkling wine with a lively mouthfeel. There's a lively fruity expression with touches of pears, litchi, and apples. It has a lovely pale straw colour and a semi-sweet taste that will add a touch of class to any celebration.
