It is mellowed with tannin-rich coastal botanicals which transform it into an amber coloured spirit. Earthy base notes are balanced with fresh citrus and juniper top notes with a delicate floral finish. Best enjoyed neat in a cognac snifter on lots of ice or in a generous balloon wine glass with tonic and a twist of orange zest
