HOPE LONDON DRY GIN IS DISTILLED THE TRADITIONAL WAY, USING GRAIN SPIRIT AS ITS BASE.
The resulting soft and smooth finish is of exacting quality and can be served neat or with a mixer. This juniper-forward gin is infused with seven botanicals using a combination of maceration and vapour infusion.
The flavour profile has a uniquely South African twist - lemon pelargonium adds bright lemon notes and rosemary gives it a rounded herbaceousness. Hope Distillery s take on a classic
