The Groote Post Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is as wonderfully expressive as the West Coast itself powerful,vibrant,well-balanced,rich and layered. This wine has a captivating combination of green apple, gooseberries, figs, granadilla and yellow stone fruit on the nose but the typical Darling fynbos and a hint of sea kelp make it undeniably aGroote Post creation. On the palate the tropical fruit notes, sea breeze and touch of oak, together with a vibrant acidityand minerality end in a long, saline finish. West Coast soul in a bottle.
