The flagship expression of The GlenAllachie core range, this 15-Year-Old Speyside Single Malt was matured in sherry casks, creating a smooth, rich character bursting with sticky raisins. tangy orange, rich spices and dark chocolate truffles. The sherry casks in question were a combination of Puncheons and Hogsheads that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry specially selected by Master Distiller, Billy Walker.
100% Natural colour, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% to retain this rich, full flavour.
