Pure beautiful and delicate first taste, well balanced and a generous palate. Aromas of red fruit and a fresh finish. Match with: Duck breast with bilberries, sprinkled with peppercorns, or Red fruit tarts & cakes. Dosage: 7g/l Wood: 10% wood, no new wood, barrels being used for the red wine component.
