Whole bunch pressed - Wild yeast fermented - Unfiltered
The Cape Fynbos Wild Bouquet is a tribute to the beauty and diversity of the Cape
Floral Kingdom.
A supple and generous ruby red wine with notes of
plum, cherry and spice. The palate is rich, but elegant,
with a dry and a well-integrated tannin structure and
floral notes in evidence in a delicate finish.
A fine wine that will age well.
Winner of numerous accolades, including:
Gilbert & Gaillard International Tasting - Double Gold Medal
Michelangelo International Wine & Spirit Awards - Gold Medal
Platter Magazine - Four Stars
