Our uniquely south-facing vineyards are cooled by the prevailing sea breeze causing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop an unforgettable elegance and complexity.
- Perfect served lightly chilled on its own or with cured meats, flavourful salads or mildly spiced Middle Eastern dishes.
- The nose translates beautifully on the palate with tart raspberry flavours, a silky elegance finished with a balancing hint of stony
minerality. - A lively ruby red colour. Bright red berries with enticing hints of freshly dug earth and allspice.
- Wine was matured for six months in French oak barrels - 15% new oak.
