The Bone Collection Plate separates sinew and bone from meat for a cleaner, higher-quality grind.
As the machine operates, meat is pushed through the grinder while hard materials like bone or sinew are guided through a special slot in the plate into the outlet pipe. This ensures only pure meat passes through.
The pipe collects only white residue (sinew and bone) during cleaning.
