The King's Cup Cocktail Recipe:
50ml of Benedict's Blueberry and
Elderflower Gin.
25ml of fresh lime juice.
25ml of vanilla syrup.
4 blueberries.
3 mint leaves.
200ml of Indian tonic.
Method:
1. Muddle the blueberries and mint, then add the lime juice, vanilla syrup and gin into a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
2. Double strain the liquid into a Collins glass containing crushed ice.
3. Once the liquid has settled in the glass, pour the tonic in slowly to ensure separation of the colours.
4. Garnish with a blueberry toothpick and a sprig of fresh mint.
Perfect Serve Recipe:
50ml of Benedict's Blueberry and
Elderflower.
200ml of Indian Tonic.
glass: Collins.
Garnish: Small handful of pomegranate and a sprig of mint.
