Ayama Moscato is a semi-sweet and luscious wine with distinct Moscato notes of honey and almonds. Made from 100% Muscat grapes, specifically Muscat d'Alexandrie, sourced from the Voor Paardeberg ward in South Africa. Expect full Muscat aromas on the nose with hints of spiciness, orange peel, honeysuckle, pineapple, and other tropical fruits. The palate is fruity, with a finish that's a bit dry.
Production: Grapes are harvested by hand in February, and the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures to preserve its delicate flavors.
