Batch distilled in Portland, Aviation is America's original craft gin. Aviation is created by the first bartender-distiller partnership with a vision for a versatile and mixable gin, making it the perfect gin for any cocktail.
Truly America's Original craft gin Aviation Gin was created to be mixed beyond "martinis and gin & tonics," and the Aviation Cocktail was its ultimate litmus test. A wide botanical medley of flavours, with Juniper in the background, and citrus and floral flavours in the front. Aviation Gin is softer, more subtle, and balanced.
Tasting Notes: -Aviation is not a juniper forward gin which makes it very smooth and enjoyable with just about any cocktail. It's soft and round with a hint of lush lavender.
