Avante has emerged from the collaboration of 15 international rugby icons, united by their commitment to overcoming the odds. Led by World Cup champion John Smit, making a global impact with an elegant potstill brandy that sets you apart from the rest of the pack.
This golden liquid was distilled from wine of the finest Cape terroir. A land that's as beautiful as it is resilient, it extracts perfection from every grape.
Distilled at Oude Molen, nestled in the heart of the Cape winelands, carries a storied history of crafting internationally-acclaimed, French-inspired brandy. The 3 blends in this VSOP are a 4 year old that brings the caramel and toffee that South African's expect from their brandy; a 5 year old has the cognac notes of dark fruit like prunes with apricot. It is finished off with a 7 year with its smooth, delicate vanilla notes that single malt scotch drinkers know so well.
