A1:1.Reset the Mouse: Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly to enter pairing mode.OR Reset PC Bluetooth: Remove the old pairing record, turn off Bluetooth for 30 seconds, then turn it back on and search to reconnect.OR Avoid Interference: Keep the mouse away from routers, wireless receivers, and other 2.4G devices to prevent signal conflicts.
Q2:Reversed Cursor Movement (Reverse Drift)
A2:Disable System Flip:Windows: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse, and turn off "Reverse scrolling / Reverse pointer axis". You can also disable X/Y axis inversion in dedicated mouse software (e.g., Logitech / Razer).
Mac: Go to System Settings > Mouse, and uncheck "Natural scrolling". Also, check if any third-party mouse software has mirror mode enabled.
OR Hardware Factory Reset: Press and hold the Left Click + Right Click + Scroll Wheel for 10 seconds to restore factory settings (this fixes firmware anomalies).
Q3:Cursor Tracking Failure During Fast Movement (Frame Drops)
A3:Change the Surface: Avoid using the mouse on glass, reflective, or hollow desks. Please use a solid-color cloth mouse pad.OR Lower Performance Settings: Open the mouse software to lower the USB Polling Rate (e.g., to 500Hz/125Hz) and DPI. High DPI and polling rates can cause stuttering on lower-spec PCs.
