An Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin is the first gin produced in Co. Donegal, Ireland. It's a true embodiment of its surroundings in that it's made through capturing "Draiocht na Farraige" (the magic of the sea) by using five locally harvested seaweeds as well as six other local botanicals. It's rare and made only in small batches, making it a unique experience.
Tasting Notes:- Bright and soft juniper to the fore. Complexity is revealed in umami richness, brisk salt, zest, buttery oyster smoothness. Hints of chestnut earthiness and peach.
