Recommended Use:
Once Daily or As Needed:
Place 20 drops of CBD oil under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds, then swallow.
Or
Twice Daily:
Place 10 drops under the tongue in the morning and 10 drops at night. Hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.
Our CBD oil can also be added to food or beverages if preferred. However, taking it sublingually (under the tongue) allows for faster absorption into the bloodstream compared to digestion through the stomach.
