American Brownie Mix - 2kgWater - 535mlEggs (Large) - 6 (285g)Pecans - chopped (optional) - 250gTotal Batter Weight: 3.07kg
Method
Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl.Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.Mix on slow speed for a further 2 minutes.Prepare a baking tray with Silicone release paper/ wax paper.Spread BROWNIE MIX onto the paper.Bake at 190 C.When cool, coat top with chocolate fudge or chocolate fondant. Cut into oblong pieces.Intended Use/Abuse:
