Directions for Use:
- Tea infusion: Add approx. -1 tsp of herb to 250 ml just off boil water, cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
- Tincture / bitters base: Standard 1:5 (w/v) maceration in 40-50% food-grade alcohol for 2-4 weeks, then strain and bottle.
- External use: Prepare strong infusion, cool, filter and apply with a cloth or in a wash.
