Hard enamel, not printed: the design is struck into metal, filled with coloured enamel and polished flat, so the surface is smooth and the colours will not wear off the way a printed badge does. A rubber butterfly clutch on the back holds it firmly through a shift and comes off easily when the garment goes in the wash. Fits scrubs, lab coats, lanyards and bags.
