Compatibility - please check before buying
- Your car or compatible head unit must already support wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto through a working USB-A data port.
- This adapter does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to a vehicle that does not already have the wired feature.
- Supports iPhones running iOS 10 or later and compatible Android phones running Android 11 or later.
- Not intended for charge-only USB ports. Vehicle and aftermarket head-unit compatibility can vary.

Setup
- Start the vehicle and plug the adapter into the USB-A port normally used for wired CarPlay or Android Auto.
- Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the phone.
- Select the adapter in the phone's Bluetooth list and follow the on-screen pairing prompts.
Please note: Connection and reconnection time can differ by vehicle, head unit, phone and operating-system version. One phone is connected for use at a time. A phone, vehicle display, USB extension cable and USB-C adapter are not included.
