How to Achieve Perfect Window Cleaning 1. Clean the window with a dry microfibre pad to remove dust. 2. Replace the glass cleaning robot's microfibre pad with a clean one, then spray it 2-3 times with water or glass cleaner (if the pad is too wet, the magnetic cleaner may slip). Clean the window (we provide a spray bottle). This ensures the high-quality eco-friendly microfibre pad leaves no streaks on the glass surface.
Superior Suction This window cleaning robot boasts suction power up to 5600Pa, ensuring secure adhesion to windows (excessively damp fibre pads may reduce suction). Note: The magnetic window cleaning robot must be connected to a power source during operation! Suction is only effective when charging! Features a built-in lithium battery with an uninterruptible power supply system, automatically restarting after power loss and continuing operation for 20 minutes as a backup power source. After the robot ceases operation, remove it from the window within 15 minutes.

Solution: After the initial dry wipe, the microfibre pad becomes too soiled. Replace it with a fresh cloth for wet wiping, then switch to another new cloth for dry wiping.

Solution: Cloth/glass is too wet. Replace the cloth.
Issue 4: Robot does not operate or stops working, with a red warning light flashing.
Solution: Check the power connection and extension lead connection.
For safety, the robot will remain stationary at the window for 30 minutes after power disconnection. Please promptly halt the machine's operation.
Issue 5: Robot fails to clean automatically.
Solution: Distinguish between the automatic cleaning button and manual cleaning button on the remote control.
The up, down, left, and right buttons are manual control buttons; the robot must be manually directed.
