Instructions for use
1. This product has a total of 5 buttons, one power button (including play/pause function), one timer button, one light button, one previous song (including sound reduction function), and one next song (including sound addition function).
2. There are 9 sleep-aiding music (white noise, waves, crickets, rain, birds, water, lullaby 1, lullaby 2, lullaby 3)
3. The light button can work independently and can work without turning on the machine.
4. Long press the power button for 0.5 seconds, short press to pause the play, play a song after turning on the machine, and the music will be looped. Press the up and down keys to switch, long press to increase and decrease the volume, play with memory after turning on the machine, and any music will also be remembered. The next time the machine is turned on, it will automatically play the music that was turned off last time.
5. Press the light button, which is divided into 6 cycles, from 10 minutes to 0 as a cycle, and the countdown starts at 10 minutes. The breathing rhythm will gradually slow down from 10 minutes.
