Active Arnica tablets is a homoeopathic remedy based on arnica which relieves pain and inflammation in muscles and joints from minor injuries and accidents (e.g. sprains, bruises, joint pain and stiffness).
Directions for Use:
Adults: Dissolve 2 to 3 tablets under the tongue 3 times a day.
Children 7-12 years: Dissolve 1 to 2 tablets under the tongue 3 times a day.
Children 3-6 years: Dissolve 1 tablet in little water or tea 3 times a day.
