This compact module supports high-speed communication with a serial baud rate ranging from 600 bps to 1 Mbps, enabling rapid data exchange between devices such as PLCs, meters, sensors, and controllers. It provides seamless protocol conversion and transparent data transmission, ensuring integration without modification of existing serial protocols.
The USR-K7 supports multiple networking modes including TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client, and comes equipped with Modbus RTU to TCP gateway functionality, making it suitable for industrial automation, SCADA, and monitoring systems. Additionally, WebSocket support, custom webpages, and RFC2217 functionality allow easy integration with cloud platforms and web-based monitoring applications.
Configuration is flexible through setup software, web-page interface, or AT commands. The module provides robust caching mechanisms, including 16 KB Ethernet send/receive buffer and 2 KB serial buffer, maintaining smooth data flow even under high network load.
