Take care (this is very important):
1. This adapter is only compatible with a laptop. It is not compatible with Nintendo switches, tablets, tablets or smartphones

2. Your laptop must support the "Alternative DisplayPort Mode" (DP Alt Mode) USB-C
3. If the product does not work, you can visit the official website of your laptop, update the BIOS, and the video driver. Then hold the adapter
Connect to your devices and restart the devices.
4. If the resolution of your laptop is higher than that of the external monitor, go to Settings-> Display-> Advanced Display Settings and set the resolution of your notebook
in the same way or decrease the resolution of the external monitor.
5. For some compatible devices, it may take a few seconds for data from the computer to be synchronized with your monitor. Please have a little patience.
6. For the second signal conversion, do not connect another adapter / converter to this adapter. We can not guarantee that it works well.
7. Type C port only supports charging the host device type C, it does not support data transfer.
8. A 4k resolution requires a 4K source, HDMI V2.0 cable, and standby display.
9. This is not a bidirectional adapter. The signal can only be converted from type C to an HDMI / USB3.0 / USB-C port.
10. If you are in a wireless zone, please switch to a 5 GHz signal if your router / WLAN supports it. A 2.4 GHz signal may conflict with the adapter.
11. Do not support the Samsung Dex mode.
12. For some compatible devices, the USB 3.0 port may not work properly. This problem is caused by the incompatibility of the system and not by the product itself.
