Worked very well as an extension to connect solar panel with ready attached MC4 to my foldable panel which had Andersen plug.
PLEASE NOTE! This adapter is intended to convert from Anderson 50A to MC4. To achieve this the MC4 connectors are inverted on this adapter cable as per the product picture.
