Our messenger bags are made out of recycled tarpaulin PVC material, which has reached the end of its lifecycle as a material in the manufacturing industry (the kind used to cover the large delivery trucks). It has now been upcycled into a highly durable yet lightweight and water-resistant messenger bag, which is available in 6 bright colours. Inside and outside pockets are made from weather-resistant black canvas material. Both materials are easy to clean and sanitise. The pockets are made to fit any bits and bobs one might need. The handles and adjustable straps are made out of heavy-duty seat belt webbing, so they can carry a heavy load.
Our main aim is to reduce plastic use, hence our range doesn't have any plastic clips or hooks - only metal components. Chunky zips are used. Our tarpaulin messenger bag is a great day-to-day school or business bag, as it can carry large books as well as a variety of laptop sizes up to 16 inches.
