Suggested use
Introduce gradually:
Natural supplements should be introduced slowly, to help your pet get used to the new taste in their food, and for their digestive system to adjust. Start with - of the suggested serving size and gradually, within 7-10 days, increase to the recommended serving size. Mix the suggested serving size with some water or bone broth well into dry kibble or into raw food.
For those with poor appetite, mix with plain yoghurt/coconut oil/bone broth into a snack, or mix with water & gently syringe in the side of the mouth.
Cleansing reaction:
On a rare occasion, a temporary response to herbal supplementation can include digestive upset, fatigue, increased skin redness/itching. This phenomenon is a natural process, known as the Herxheimer reaction. It is only a temporary reaction where the current symptoms may slightly worsen as the body begins to cleanse and regenerate. These symptoms are generally mild and can be managed by starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it. If your pet has a sensitive constitution and is experiencing these symptoms, they should clear within a few days' time.
Small pets (<10KG): 1/4 teaspoon, 2X daily
Medium size pets (10KG-20KG): 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon, 2X daily
Larger pets (20-40KG): 1/2 - 1 teaspoon, 2X daily
X-Large pets (40KG+): 1 rounded teaspoon (3.3g), 2X daily
Maintenance use: The serving size may be halved once the skin has healed completely.
Duration of use:
For acute skin conditions, at least 3 months of Skin+ Advanced supplementation is recommended to treat the underlying cause and achieve lasting results.
For genetic skin conditions - use long-term for lasting results.
Skin+ Advanced can be used long term to improve and maintain overall well-being, and strengthen the condition of the skin.

A healthy, itch-free skin is caused by various factors. Please make sure that your pet is on a healthy diet to support overall health. If your pet has an allergy towards wheat/gluten/chicken/beef/ any other food ingredient, avoid use thereof in any snack or food to support their resilience and ensure healing. Your pet's skin will never completely heal on any treatment they receive, if they are still receiving food or snacks that they are allergic to.
If your pet is suffering from severe, acute infections/illness, consult your veterinarian for proper diagnosis of the skin condition. This product may be used in a supportive capacity with the medications your vet is prescribing if approved by your veterinarian. Use as advised by your vet if on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Not recommended for animals with cholelithiasis. Not for use during pregnancy or nursing. Side effects
Excessively large servings may cause gastrointestinal upset and headaches due to the natural detoxification support provided by the product. In this case reduce the serving size and gradually increase. In case of an allergic reaction, avoid use.
