This AQUAMAX Pool Pump Lid offers easy access to the pump basket and is essential for maintaining the efficient operation of your pool pump. Crafted from a clear poly plastic material, this lid allows you to quickly check if water is being correctly pumped through the system. Signs of potential issues such as air bubbles, leaks along the lid's side, or lack of water inside the running pump could indicate a leak or crack in the lid.
In addition to providing access and visibility, the AQUAMAX Pool Pump Lid also serves a protective role, safeguarding your pool pump from harsh elements. This clear lid is not just functional but also acts as an early warning system for pump issues. When the clear lid turns opaque, white, or milky in color, it's an indication that the pump may have overheated and could potentially cause air suction problems.
This sturdy and heavy-duty pump lid is designed to fit AQUAMAX/Aquaflo Eartheco (E-Que) and Quality pool pumps. In case of discoloration or if the pump continues working despite the signs of trouble, it is advisable to replace the pump lid immediately to maintain the efficiency and longevity of your pool pump
