Kids have been negatively impacted by our culture, requiring parents to rethink ways to insure the mental and physical well being of their children.
This strategy should include improving social skills, having a healthy diet and exercise, ensuring routine health care visits and teaching them proper personal and oral hygiene.
Regarding oral hygiene, research has proven that not only does 90% of bad breath come from the tongue, but an unhealthy tongue has been directly linked to serious health issues as well as increasing vulnerability to viral diseases (i.e. Covid 19).
Tongue brushing is now recognized as an essential step in one's daily oral hygiene regimen to prevent bad breath and insure good health.
