TORQ Hydration is an advanced hypotonic formulation specifically aimed at optimizing hydration and providing light fueling for events/sessions which are no more than an hour long, and heavy sweat loss is anticipated - intervals, turbo training, gym training, spin classes, and other high-perspiration sessions. It is also an effective pre-drink to help boost fluid levels without rapid rise in blood sugar.
Each TORQ Hydration serving contains only 15grams (0.5 TORQ Units) of carbohydrate, so is very light on calories (60 kCals per 500ml).
Usage: TORQ Hydration is presented in a resealable pouch containing 540g of Hydration powder and a scoop - enough to make 30 X 500ml drinks. 1 scoop makes 500ml (16oz) of TORQ Hydration. If using a 500ml bottle, be sure to leave a small amount of air space to facilitate mixing. Shake vigorously and top up with water if necessary. Don't add water to powder, add powder to water.
