GDAs are popular in the fitness industry because athletes are very reliant on effective insulin timing and glycogen uptake. GDA decreases the amount of insulin secreted by the body when consuming carbohydrate-rich meals by acting as insulin and shuttling glucose into muscle cells. The act of shuttling glycogen into muscle cells is desirable, but when we solely rely on insulin we run the risk of moving glucose into fat cells. Suggested directions for use:
Bulking: Take 4 capsules (one serving) 20 minutes before a meal containing at least 50-100 grams of carbohydrates, once in the morning and again in the evening for a total of 8 capsules per day.
Cutting phase: Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before a meal containing at least 15 grams of carbohydrates. You can repeat this a further 3 times for 6 capsules in total throughout the day.
