Q1: Why won't it accept my WiFi password-what should I do?
A1: First, make sure you are entering the exact same password as your main router.
If it still fails:
Reset the device - press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes.
Reconnect your phone to the "WiFi-Looker" signal.
Try the setup again.
Q2: Why is the connection dropping?
A2: This usually happens if the extender is too far from the main router. Check the LED indicator-it should be in a "Good Signal" zone for the most stable performance.
Q3: Is this compatible with all routers?
A3: Yes, it is compatible with most standard routers in SA. It works on the 2.4GHz band. If your router is dual-band, please ensure you are connecting to the 2.4GHz SSID for the initial configuration.
