How to Install
- Switch off the 3D printer and allow the heated bed to cool completely.
- Position the glass build plate correctly on top of the printer bed.
- Loosen the thumb screw to create sufficient space inside the clamp.
- Slide the clamp over the edge of the glass and heated-bed assembly.
- Confirm that the clamp is seated evenly and does not obstruct the print area.
- Tighten the thumb screw gradually until the glass is held securely.
- Repeat around the bed using the remaining clamps.
- Check that the glass plate is stable and evenly supported.
- Move the print head and bed manually to confirm that no clamp interferes with the nozzle, frame or printer movement.
- Re-level the print bed before starting the next print.
Installation Tips
- Position the clamps away from the printer nozzle's normal travel path.
- Tighten each clamp gradually to maintain even pressure.
- Do not overtighten, as excessive pressure may damage the glass or heated bed.
