Hall Effect Sensor, Bipolar, 2.3 mA, TO-92, 3 Pins, 2.5 V, 38 V
Product Overview
The DRV5053EAQLPGM is a chopper-stabilized Hall Effect Sensor that offers a magnetic sensing solution with superior sensitivity stability over-temperature and integrated protection features. The 0 to 2V analogue output responds linearly to the applied magnetic flux density and distinguishes the polarity of magnetic field direction. Reverse polarity up to -22V. Internal protection functions are provided for reverse supply conditions, load dump and output short circuit.
Superior temperature stability - sensitivity ±10% Over-temperature
45mV/mT High sensitivity
No external regulator required
2.3mA (Sink), 300µA (Source) Amplified output stage
0.2 to 1.8V Output voltage range
Fast 35µs power-ON time
Supports up to 40V load dump
Output short-circuit protection
Output current limitation
Applications
Sensing & Instrumentation, Automation & Process Control, Test & Measurement, Industrial, Consumer Electronics
