Product Indications
- Vitamin B is required for the production and release of energy from carbohydrates, fat and protein transformation and metabolism
- Vitamin B1 and B12 maintain and contribute to a healthy nerve function and nervous system, while vitamin B2, B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 and biotin help maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes
- Vitamin B12 and B9 (folate) are also involved in cell division, regeneration and production of blood and cells
Dosage Directions
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily after food
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding: Take 1 capsule daily after food
- Children 7-12 years of age:Take 1 capsule daily after food
